Access at Paxton House

We welcome disabled patrons and wheelchair users to our concerts and will do our utmost to make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. Please just let us know in advance (see below) and we will make necessary arrangements.

• There is wheelchair access to our concerts. A lift is available behind the box office area (the 'Waiting Room'), with direct access to the concert hall (Picture Gallery). It should be noted that, as electric wheelchairs exceed the capacity of the lift, users will require to be transferred to a non-electric chair when using the lift.
• Seats may be removed for wheelchairs in a number of locations within the concert hall.
• Disabled toilet facilities are available off the main courtyard.
• Parking facilities are available closeby for disabled patrons.
